Attorney
Ariel Rofeim, Esq.
Ariel Rofeim (@californiaslawyer) is the founder and principal attorney of Rofeim Law, a litigation-forward personal injury and property damage law firm based in Beverly Hills.
A Harvard-trained negotiator, Ariel represents injured clients and vehicle owners in high-stakes claims involving serious injuries, catastrophic losses, and luxury and exotic vehicle damage. His practice focuses on personal injury litigation, serious motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, diminished value, loss of use, and complex property damage claims.
Before founding Rofeim Law, Ariel began his legal career clerking at one of California’s most respected defense trial firms, where he gained early exposure to how major corporations, insurance companies, and institutional defendants evaluate, defend, and litigate claims. That experience now informs the way he builds plaintiff cases, negotiates demands, and prepares matters for litigation.
Ariel’s work is rooted in a simple belief: injured people deserve more than processing. They deserve strategy, pressure, communication, and an advocate who understands both the human impact of a case and the tactics used to minimize it.
In addition to his legal practice, Ariel has been deeply involved in public service and civic leadership. He previously served in the White House during the Obama Administration, supporting the Domestic Policy Council and the Office of White House Fellows. In 2026, he ran for Beverly Hills City Council, earning the trust of thousands of residents as a first-time candidate and advancing a platform focused on public safety, responsible development, local business, and a more responsive city government.
At Rofeim Law, Ariel brings that same sense of urgency and public responsibility to his clients. His mission is to make personal injury better through direct attorney access, strategic case development, clear communication, and relentless advocacy.
Ariel believes every case has a human story. His role is to understand that story, build the evidence around it, and force insurance companies and opposing counsel to confront the full impact of what happened.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, with a concentration in International Relations, and received national honors through Pi Sigma Alpha.
